Job Requirements
Previous experience in
kitchen operations, food preparation or cooking
will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of
food preparation, cooking methods and kitchen hygiene
.
Able to follow recipes, food portions and instructions accurately.
Responsible, organised and able to work well with the kitchen team.
Willing to work according to the operational schedule and support additional duties when required.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with
daily food preparation and cooking
according to menu requirements and portion standards.
Maintain proper
food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety
in accordance with established procedures.
Assist with ingredient preparation, meal portioning, serving and general kitchen operations.
