Overview

We have an immediate requirement for a Civil & Structural Design Lead to work on a number of key projects in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Lead in the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.
• Lead in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliverables.
• Lead and support design development, site supervision, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage authority submissions.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and quality improvement proposals.
• Liaise with clients and local authorities on technical matters.
• Building relationships in partnership with clients, contractors and other members of design teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in leading and designing life science/pharmaceutical type of facilities in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA Euro code, Greenmark, Buildability score and Singapore C&S permitting requirements.
• Good project management skills and strong analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.
