What we offer:

• $2,500 - $3,000 (Depend on package and role)

• 44hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Front desk administrative duties (i.e. registration of patients/dispensing of medication)
• Cashier duties
• Schedule medical appointments
• Assist doctors (i.e. chaperone/procedures)

Requirements:

• IT literacy for administrative duties
• Good communication skills/ Customer service skills
• Stay near clinic
• No experience necessary, training provided
• Commit 1 year or longer (preferred)

Job Roles available:

Full time Clinic Assistant and/or Admin Executive:

- $15 to $16 per hour (depending on experience)

- work 44 hours per week. Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts

- Gross pay of $2.5k - $3k per month

- Quick and significant pay rise within a few months
