The role
We are seeking a Software Applications Manager to join our growing technology team. This role focuses on our product, DocuPrism, a platform for building and running document-related operations for the enterprise.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists and customer support staff to ensure clients' solutions are built and delivered.
What you’ll do
Act as the primary technical liaison between internal engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.
Manage product release cycles and coordinate deployment schedules for DocuPrism updates, ensuring seamless transitions for client operations.
Lead user enablement initiatives, including the creation of technical documentation and training materials to drive platform adoption.
Establish feedback loops with the customer support team to prioritise recurring product issues and feature requests based on real-world usage data.
Continuously learn and apply new data science techniques, tools, and best practices.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software applications or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Ability to bridge technical and business domains, translating client needs into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in business workflows, with the ability to articulate value to non-technical users.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making to prioritise features and improvements.
