Location: Senoko Drive

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory records and update stock movements.

Perform stock reconciliation and assist with stock counts.

Check stock discrepancies, shortages, damages and excesses.

Handle warehouse documentation, invoices and data entry.

Update ERP/WMS systems and prepare inventory reports.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service teams.

Support audits and inventory process improvements.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
