Job Summary:
As the Food Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assigned production shift to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food manufacturing processes. This role includes supervising production staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production shifts
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and food safety standards.
Monitor production workflows.
Help train, mentor, and evaluate production employees; provide feedback and corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
Lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Investigate and resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures when required.
