岗位职责

  • Patient Assessment and Care: Taking patient histories, measuring vital signs, performing physical examinations, and monitoring patient conditions *************
  • Medication and Treatment Administration: Administering medications, injections, vaccinations, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, PAs, or NPs 
  • Patient Education: Educating patients and families about health conditions, medications, preventive care, and self-management strategies
  • Care Coordination: Communicating with specialists, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating care across multiple providers to ensure continuity *************
  • Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate patient records in EMRs, managing supplies, documenting prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards
  • Clinic working environment
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
