Experience

2–3 years of relevant accounting/admin experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle general administrative and accounting support.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting documents.

- Maintain accurate records and transactions in the ERP system.

- Manage and update inventory of the warehouse records in the ERP system.

- Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory counts.

- Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery documents.

- Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams.

- Assist with monthly accounting reports and other finance/admin matters.

- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage

- Experience with ERP systems, AP/AR, and inventory management.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS office in general.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in trading, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage.
