Job Description

• Identifying and troubleshooting air conditioning systems vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repairing or replacing worn or faulty parts of the air conditioning systems.
• Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in heavy machinery using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks on all heavy machinery such as lubricating parts, checking fluid levels, and performing engine tune-ups to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairing or replacing worn or faulty parts of the engines (pistons, gasket and gears), bearings, brakes, tires, transmission and hydraulic components adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Disassembling and reassembling heavy equipment and components, including engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
• Collaborate to perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair or modify equipment as needed.
• Maintaining detailed logs of equipment condition, Routine Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and parts replaced for each equipment.
• Adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer’s specifications when performing maintenance and repairs.
• Working effectively with other team members and communicating repair information clearly.
• Keeping abreast of new technologies, equipment models, and repair techniques through continuous learning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Warehouse and Workshop areas through routine housekeeping, ensuring a safe and orderly work environment.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM level or relevant technical certification.
• Experience in heavy machineries aircond repair and servicing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of aircond systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
• Able to work overtime, shift , weekends or holiday if required.
