Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: HQ Office at Tai Seng

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and highly organised Creative & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team for the Greendot Group

The primary responsibility of this role is to conceptualise, design and execute marketing collaterals and visual content across our F&B brands and outlets. The successful candidate should have strong graphic design capabilities and be highly proficient in design/editing software.

In addition to creative responsibilities, the candidate will support the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day administration, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, social media activities and other marketing initiatives.

This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both creative work and marketing execution, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Graphic Design & Creative — PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Print & In-Outlet Materials (POSM)
- Digital Marketing Materials
- Assist agency with Photography, Video & Content Creation

B. Marketing Administration & Coordination — SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Campaign Administration
- Marketing Coordination
- Marketing Vendor Management
- Social Media Support
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Marketing Reporting & Administration

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Advertising or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Strong graphic design portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good knowledge of InDesign
• Basic video editing capability
• Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy
• Good eye for aesthetics
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Highly Preferred

• F&B / hospitality / retail experience
• Experience designing menus and POSM
• Experience with social media content
• Photography/videography experience
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• CapCut
• Canva
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Experience working with printers and production vendors
• Experience supporting new outlet openings
