Established in 2022, OUR STAY specializes in property management (vacation home management, short-term rental optimization, and Airbnb hospitality services), and also provides cleaning and renovation service. OUR STAY combines modern property management with exceptional guest care.

Position Overview:
Job title: Marketing Executive
Location: Southkey, Johor Bahru, Johor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and grow the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Rednotes accounts.
• Appear on camera and participate in video production to build the company's personal branding and online presence.
• Develop creative content ideas and consistently produce engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and analyze content performance.
• Optimize content strategies based on social media data and audience engagement.
• Meet the company's weekly content and video production targets.
• Independently manage the end-to-end content creation process.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Experience in social media management / digital marketing for property, Airbnb, homestay, lifestyle or similar content creation is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin. Other languages skill will be a plus point.
• Willing to appear on camera with good presentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with social media trends and highly creative.
• Able to independently plan and produce content.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
