Join Birkenstock as a Retail Sales Associate and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll guide shoppers through product selection, support purchases, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment that elevates the customer experience.

YOUR TASKS:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for an exceptional shopping experience
• Sales Support: Process transactions accurately, retrieve merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Store Operations: Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked while assisting with administrative tasks and shipments
• Inventory Management: Support receiving, restocking, and physical inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Performance: Meet sales targets, resolve customer issues promptly, and support additional tasks as needed

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred with on-the-job training provided
• Communication: Excellent verbal and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems for efficient store operations
• Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin with good spoken and written English for customer interactions
• Flexibility & Enthusiasm: Passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands, able to stay active and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
