CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK WANTED

Location:
Kaki Bukit, Singapore

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Days:
5-day work week

We are looking for a

Customer Service Clerk

to join our small and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email

Assist customers with basic enquiries and requests

Handle simple paperwork, filing and data entry

Follow up on customer documents and appointments

Coordinate with the sales and admin team when required

Maintain proper records of customer information

Perform other simple ad-hoc tasks when required

Good communication skills
