HIRING: PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (PERMANENT)

Location: PILLAR Seal Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Batu Kawan, Penang

Position: Production Technician / Assembler

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hiring / No Contract) | Normal |Shift Work

Job Responsibilities

•     Cut, bend, shape, and assemble PFA plastic tubing according to customer orders and technical drawings.
•     Operate simple production tools, machines, and heating equipment safely.
•     Measure (like rulers or calipers) and inspect finished tubing for defects.
•     Keep the work station clean and follow basic safety rules on the factory floor.

Requirements

•     SPM, SKM, or Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
•     Basic experience in factory work, assembly, or plastic processing is a bonus, but not required (training provided).
•     Cleanroom work experience is an added advantage.
•     Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an added advantage.
•     Able to use basic hand tools and read simple instructions.
•     Good attendance, careful with work, and willing to follow safety steps.
•     Willing to work shift rotations and overtime when needed.

Salary & Benefits

•     Permanent job offer (direct company staff, non-contract).
•     Basic salary RM2400~RM3000: + Shift allowance + Transportation allowance + Overtime pay (OT).
•     Gross income up to RM4,000 with OT.
•     Full on-the-job training provided.

2026 => Normal shift
June or July 2027 onwards => Shift Work

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
