We are pleased to be supporting a strong-performing MedTech organisation to appoint a HR Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist into their People team. Based in Singapore, this is a full-time, permanent position created to support the client's plan to up level the delivery of their HR services for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Job Description

You will be a regional HRIS subject-matter expert, partnering closely with different functional teams, spanning HR, payroll, IT and other stakeholders. The role blends hands-on Workday configuration and support with project delivery, data integrity, reporting, and continuous optimisation.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday across relevant modules
• Provide tier 2/3 support, manage escalations, and adhere to SLAs
• Support Workday releases, testing, UAT, and regional enhancements
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data audits
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across APAC entities
• Create documentation, knowledge articles, and user guidance
• Contribute to HR technology projects and process improvements

The Successful Candidate

• 5+ years in HRIS/HR technology, with at least 3 years hands-on Workday
• Experience across one or more modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Reporting, Security, Integrations
• APAC multi-country support experience
• Strong configuration skills: EIBs, calculated fields, business process framework, condition rules
• Excellent stakeholder management across cultures and time zones
