We're Hiring: Senior L3 Support Developer!

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior L3 Support Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application performance. Role: Senior L3 Support Developer

What You'll Do:
️ Investigate and resolve escalated software/application incidents at Level 3
Analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues
Collaborate with development teams to deliver timely fixes and enhancements
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Document troubleshooting processes and technical solutions clearly
Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response as needed

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 years of experience in software development or application support roles
Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and debugging expertise
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience working in enterprise production environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-task effectively
