We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Welcoming and assisting patients.
• Managing appointments and enquiries.
• Handling basic billing and administrative matters.
• Supporting a smooth patient journey.
• Working closely with our Doctors and clinic team.

• Customer service or front desk experience is an advantage.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or healthcare administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.
