Job Summary

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and media contacts to build and maintain strong relationships

Present information effectively to diverse audiences to support customer engagement and media needs

Organize and plan daily activities to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives

Apply detailed attention to accuracy and reliability in all tasks to maintain high service standards

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to protect customer and company interests

Manage workload efficiently in high-stress environments, maintaining professionalism during long hours

Demonstrate proactive and responsible behavior to support team and management goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

2-3 years of working experience in KTV environments
