Job Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and clerical duties to support the department.
Process and track payments, invoices, and related supporting documents.
Monitor payment status and follow up with relevant internal stakeholders.
Maintain proper records and documentation for finance, audit, and compliance purposes.
Assist with basic finance-related tasks, including checking documents and preparing simple reports.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, trackers, and departmental records.
Provide administrative support to the O&S team, including filing, correspondence, meeting coordination, and record keeping.
Assist with procurement-related documentation and general office administration.
Prepare reports and other documents when required.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Prior experience in administration or clerical work will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with good accuracy in handling documents and records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
