任职资格

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship, academic or personal project experience are welcome. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with video cameras and editing equipment.
  • Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Creative and artistic with a strong interest in video production and social media content.
  • Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects would be an advantage.
  • A portfolio or examples of completed video projects, including academic or personal projects, is preferred.
  • Able to work within tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Able to translate ideas and creative briefs into complete video projects.

岗位职责

  • Create, shoot, edit, collaborate and produce video advertisements and content for social media platforms.
  • Work closely and brainstorm with the creative team to develop interesting and engaging video content.
  • Create persuasive scripts and storyboards for videos.
  • Handle post-production of video footage for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Refine videos by seamlessly integrating captions, soundtracks, sound effects and visual elements.
  • Strategize video shoots and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Handle, set up and operate video equipment including cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Keep abreast of social media, digital marketing and content trends to ensure videos remain relevant and appealing to the target audience.
  • Develop a good understanding of audio and video equipment.
  • Apply directing, editing and cinematography skills when producing content.
  • Visualize the final video output based on the direction and creative brief provided.
  • Apply suitable angles, framing and formatting for different social media platforms.
