Job Summary

You will engage with customers and manage media relationships in a KTV environment, applying strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills to deliver professional service under high-pressure conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and media contacts to build and maintain strong relationships
• Present information effectively to diverse audiences to support customer engagement and media needs
• Organize and plan daily activities to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives
• Apply detailed attention to accuracy and reliability in all tasks to maintain high service standards
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to protect customer and company interests
• Manage workload efficiently in high-stress environments, maintaining professionalism during long hours
• Demonstrate proactive and responsible behavior to support team and management goals
• Motivate self to maintain a positive and professional approach in all management duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in KTV environments
