HIRING NOW – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (ENTRY LEVEL)

OCTOBER INTAKE – JOIN US NOW!

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: Up to RM2,800 (Basic + Allowance)
Working Hours: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Includes: Weekends & Public Holidays

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with enquiries.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Record and update customer information and case details in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and meet assigned KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Comfortable handling customer calls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
