Dolce&Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional opportunity within its in-house Beauty Division, for a Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager based in Singapore.
This role will report to the Regional Finance Director, this role leads regional supply chain management, customer service and regulatory operations across distributor and travel retail markets. The position partners closely with Global, Regional and Market stakeholders to drive service, inventory health, compliant commercialization and operational excellence.
ROLE PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Own end-to-end regional SCM, customer service and regulatory operations for APAC distributor and travel retail markets.
- Translate commercial ambitions into an aligned demand, supply and inventory plan through disciplined S&OP governance.
- Ensure products are registered, licensed and compliant before shipment and commercialization, protecting business continuity.
- Lead the order-to-delivery cycle, service-level performance, partner communication and issue resolution.
- Drive regional standardization, data transparency, risk mitigation and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning and S&OP
- Develop and maintain consensus demand forecasts using historical trends, market intelligence, promotions, launches and commercial assumptions.
- Lead monthly regional S&OP reviews, reconciling forecasts with financial estimates, supply capabilities, risks and opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of baseline and new-product forecasts covering saleable items, testers, samples, miniatures, collaterals and gifts with purchase.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, investigate variances and implement corrective actions with markets and cross-functional teams.
- Provide scenario analysis and clear recommendations on allocation, market prioritization and constrained supply.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and three-year plans in accordance with HQ guidance.
Supply, Inventory and Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage regional supply allocation, product availability, backorders and medium- to long-term supply risks.
- Set and monitor inventory targets, safety stock, reorder parameters, days of supply, turnover, freshness and obsolescence.
- Drive inventory deployment, rebalancing and recovery actions to protect service while minimizing excess and write-offs.
- Lead phase-in and phase-out planning, SKU rationalization and new-product launch readiness across the regional portfolio.
- Partner with Global Supply, Finance, Sales and Marketing to align stock strategies with commercial priorities.
- Develop dashboards and management reporting for fill rate, service level, stock-outs, forecast performance and inventory health.
Customer Service and Order Management
- Oversee the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle for distributor and travel retail partners, including order validation, payment verification, allocation, shipment coordination, backorder management and month-end closing.
- Serve as the regional escalation point for service, delivery, documentation and product-availability issues.
- Monitor service-level performance and lead root-cause analysis and recovery plans with markets, logistics providers and Global teams.
- Standardize order-management workflows, service reporting and partner communication to improve responsiveness and reliability.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, freight partners and internal stakeholders while balancing commercial priorities and operational constraints.
Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance
- Coordinate new-product registrations, license renewals and regulatory submissions across APAC domestic and travel retail markets.
- Ensure formulas, packaging, artwork, labelling and marketing claims comply with country-specific cosmetic and advertising requirements before commercialization.
- Review regulatory documentation, including artwork, Free Sale Certificates, GMP certificates, Letters of Authorization and supporting quality documentation; coordinate legalization or apostille requirements where applicable.
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess business impact and implement proactive compliance and risk-mitigation plans.
- Maintain dashboards covering registration status, licence validity, expiry dates and launch readiness.
- Lead quality complaint investigations, corrective and preventive actions, product recalls and rework coordination to minimize disruption and recurrence.
- Standardize submission templates and working practices to improve first-time-right quality and reduce approval lead times.
Leadership and Business Partnering
- Act as the trusted regional business partner to senior management, providing fact-based insights, options and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional governance with Global, Regional and Market teams and ensure clear ownership of actions and timelines.
- Coach and guide market planners, customer service teams and partners on processes, systems, KPIs and best practices.
- Identify and deliver process-improvement, automation and reporting initiatives that strengthen control, visibility and agility.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline; a professional logistics or supply-chain qualification is advantageous.
- Typically 12–15 years of progressive experience in regional supply chain, demand planning, customer service or regulatory operations, including at least five years in a regional leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple APAC markets, distributor models and/or travel retail partners.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, order management, product lifecycle management and regional logistics.
- Practical experience in cosmetics, fragrance, beauty, luxury, retail or FMCG; understanding of APAC product registration and quality-compliance requirements is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint, Anaplan, Power BI or equivalent is advantageous.
