Job Responsibilities

• Register and assist patients at the clinic reception.
• Manage appointments, walk-in patients and telephone enquiries.
• Handle billing, payment collection and receipts.
• Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic operations.
• Prepare consultation rooms and basic medical equipment.
• Perform basic administrative and data-entry duties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Assist with medication packing and clinic supplies according to clinic procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Responsible, patient and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant healthcare qualifications are an advantage.
