Job Scope

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts and detailed drawings
• Prepare 3Ds Max / 3D visualisation, AutoCAD drawings and presentation materials
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Review design drawings and ensure design quality and project requirements are met
• Guide and supervise junior designers
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of interior design experience
• Strong skills in 3Ds Max and AutoCAD
• Able to handle projects independently from concept to completion
• Good design sense and attention to detail
• Experience in residential / commercial projects is an advantage
• Good communication and client-handling skills

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
