Our client is one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a

Customer Quality Manager

to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Customer Quality Manager:
Customer Quality Management

Lead and develop a team of Customer Quality Engineers and Outgoing Quality Inspectors.

Act as the primary quality contact for key customers, managing customer quality expectations and requirements.

Monitor customer quality performance, including defects, complaints, returns, escapes, and quality KPIs.

Lead customer complaint investigations and drive effective root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

Coordinate 8D, CAPA, and structured problem-solving activities

with cross-functional teams.

Ensure customer-specific quality requirements are clearly understood, implemented, and maintained.

Review and approve customer quality reports, corrective action responses, inspection results, and related documentation.

Outgoing Quality & Continuous Improvement

Oversee outgoing quality inspection to ensure products meet

customer specifications and acceptance criteria

before shipment.

Establish and monitor quality KPIs, identify trends, and drive

continuous improvement initiatives

.

Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to prevent recurring quality issues and improve process capability.

Participate in

customer audits, quality reviews, business reviews, and NPI activities

as required.

Promote a strong

customer-focused quality culture

across the organization.

Ensure compliance with applicable

quality management systems, customer requirements, and company procedures

.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience in customer quality

, quality management, manufacturing quality, or a related field.

Experience in EMS, electronics, contract manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of QMS, 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis,

and continuous improvement methodologies.
