Responsibilities

Manage company or division operations to enhance efficiency and increase profitability

Lead and supervise staff and lower-level managers to achieve operational objectives

Oversee budget planning and control to meet financial targets

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth

Communicate clearly and courteously in verbal and written forms with employees and guests to ensure understanding and positive relations

Listen actively and clarify concerns from employees and guests to resolve issues effectively

Prioritize and multitask departmental functions to meet deadlines and operational demands

Anticipate, identify, prevent, and solve operational problems to maintain smooth workflows

Analyze complex information and data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information in all activities

Perform additional duties as assigned by management
