Fund Operations Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of investment funds. The successful candidate will work closely with fund managers, administrators, custodians, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of fund activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations and transaction processing.
• Review and reconcile fund transactions, cash balances, and investment records.
• Assist with NAV calculations and verification processes.
• Monitor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other fund activities.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate fund records and operational documentation.
• Prepare regular operational and management reports.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and controls.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in fund operations, investment operations, asset management, or financial services is preferred.
• Good understanding of investment products and fund-processing activities.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard financial systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
