Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and work schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, materials, machinery and equipment at site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects or technical problems to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Check and monitor material deliveries and usage at site.
• Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, materials and site activities.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager / Site Engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landcaping or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Willing to work on-site, travel and work overtime when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• CIDB Green Card / relevant safety certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
