About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI System Improvement Specialist to drive AI adoption, process improvement and automation across the organization. The role will work closely with business teams to identify practical AI opportunities, streamline workflows and help employees use AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation and workflow redesign.
• Develop, implement and enhance AI-powered solutions, including automated workflows, AI agents, chatbots, reporting tools and document-processing solutions.
• Integrate AI tools with existing business applications and support testing, deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate new AI technologies, run pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, and recommend practical solutions for business needs.
• Promote AI adoption through training, workshops, user support, and clear guidance on AI governance, privacy, security and responsible use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in AI, business process improvement, automation, digital transformation or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions, workflow automation or process improvement projects in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning concepts and prompt/workflow optimization.
• Experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Power Automate, Power Apps, Zapier or *************
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of Power BI, BI tools, AI/ML frameworks or application development is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
