Company Overview
C-Pak is a dynamic company founded in Singapore in 1991, specializing in designing and producing tape & reel products, matrix trays, injection molded engineering plastics, and compounded resins for electronic devices. It operates manufacturing in Malaysia, China, Philippines, USA and soon Taiwan.
Responsibilities
Design and develop equipment tailored for new and customized products to meet manufacturing needs
Support improvements in machine assembly and automation to optimize production processes
Support subsidiaries by delivering equipment training, managing spare parts, and resolving technical issues
Implement continuous improvements on existing equipment to increase reliability and performance
Manage project costing, sourcing, standardization, and documentation of equipment manuals and related technical issues
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines
Experience in mechanical design, tool & die design, jig & fixtures design, or automation such as taping machines and laser marking (preferably 2 years)
Proficiency in Solidworks or Inventor software for equipment design
Experience in semiconductor back-end equipment design is an advantage
Positive attitude and self-motivation
