Job Description

1. Support preparation of proposals, quotations, pitch deck, eDM and other sales materials.
2. Follow up on sales leads, proposals, client requirements and update client database and campaign trackers.
3. Coordinate confirmed advertising campaigns and liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
4. Assist with proof-of-play, basic campaign reports and post-campaign requirements.
5. Leverage on demand generation and outreach tools to support lead generation and knowledge sharing to prospects.
6. Use AI tools to support sales ideas, presentations, research and simple creative work.
7. Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and other related operational tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, advertising or a similar role.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using digital tools, AI tools and experimenting with new systems.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up skills with a responsible and proactive attitude.
• Good spoken and written English.
