Operations:
Event Planning & Execution:

Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

Operational Excellence:

Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards
Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; ensure timely requisitions and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and club standards.

Members Engagement & Service: 

Maintain strong relationships with members, anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service
Handle feedbacks and resolve service issues promptly 

Financial & Administrative: 

Assist in budgeting , cost control and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
Prepare event reports ,staff schedules, and operational documentation.

Operations Focus:

In-depth knowledge of banquet setup, service flow & hygiene standards.
Familiarity with POS systems & basic inventory management.
Capable of handling event setup & operational tasks

Sales 

Sales & Client Acquisition:

Drive banquet sales through proactive outreach, networking, & relationship building.
Develop & maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

Event Coordination:

Work closely with clients to understand requirements & customize banquet packages.
Liaise with operations team to ensure flawless event execution.

Marketing & Promotions:

Support marketing campaigns for banquet packages & seasonal promotions.
Prepare proposals, quotations & contracts for clients.

Revenue Management:

Track sales performance & assist in forecasting banquet revenue.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads & maintain accurate sales records.

Sales Focus:

Proven ability in banquet/event sales, client acquisition, & relationship management.
Skilled in preparing proposals, quotations, & contracts.
Strong understanding of banquet packages, pricing strategies & revenue tracking.
