We are currently working with a leading investment firm that is looking to hire an Investment Associate for its growing team in Singapore.

This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with experienced investors across a diverse set of strategies and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of private equity fund investments (primary, secondary, and co-investments)
• Conduct manager due diligence, including assessing track record, strategy, team, and portfolio construction
• Build and maintain financial models, perform performance analysis, and support portfolio analytics
• Prepare investment memos and materials for internal committees

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in private equity, fund of funds, or related fields
• Strong understanding of private markets (PE / VC) and investment fundamentals
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesise information and present investment views clearly
• Prior exposure to fund investments or manager due diligence is advantageous
