A Customer Service Representative position is available for an international airline-related customer service operation supporting Singapore and Malaysia markets.

The role involves assisting customers through multiple communication channels and providing timely and professional responses to customer enquiries.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, live chat and email.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance based on customer enquiries.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide suitable solutions.

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant internal team when required.

• Maintain a professional standard of customer service throughout customer interactions.

• Follow established operational procedures and service standards.

• Customer service experience is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Additional language proficiency relevant to the supported markets will be an advantage.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Able to communicate professionally with customers through different channels.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Responsible, adaptable and able to work as part of a team.

Basic Salary: RM2,800 per month

Fixed Language Allowance: RM500 per month

Final remuneration package may vary depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Available shifts include:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• 5 working days per week

• 2 days off per week

• Rest days are rotational
