Administrative Responsibilities:

a)     Responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment.

b)    Maintain a proper filing system.

c)     Liaise and coordinate with Government bodies relating to Employment Pass & S Pass, IRAS and CPF etc.

d)    Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

Accounting Responsibilities:

a)     Process payments to external parties, processing bank deposits and recording transactions.

b)    Prepare, send and filing of invoices, workorders and other accounting related documents.

c)     Maintain Xero accounting software by ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

d)    Scan and send accounting related documents e.g. Invoices, bank statements and payment vouchers etc. to the outsourcing party for processing.

e)     Identify and address discrepancies directly with the outsourcing party.

f)       Assist with accounts payables and receivables workflow.

g)     Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.

h)     Handle and record petty cash expenses and submit to the outsourcing party.

i)       Accurate preparation and checking of staff expense claims.

j)       Prepare GST filings and ensure full compliance with company procedures and accounting principles.

Basic Requirements:

a)     An initiator with a strong work ethic.

b)    5 years of experience in administrative accounting.

c)     An educational background related to basic accounting.

d)    Knowledge of logistics to handle project shipments.
