About the role

This role involves managing and creating content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms. You will create short-form content, research trending topics and formats, identify and coordinate with content creators and KOLs, and support community engagement and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms

• Create short-form content including TikTok videos, Reels and social posts

• Assist with content shooting and basic video editing

• Research trending topics, sounds, formats and content ideas

• Scout and identify suitable KOLs, KOCs and content creators

• Reach out to creators and assist with collaboration coordination

• Support creator briefing, content follow-up and posting

• Maintain and update the KOL/creator database

• Engage with followers and support community growth

• Assist with campaigns, street interviews, events and content shoots

About you

• Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Business or related fields

• Active on TikTok, Instagram and social media

• Good understanding of current trends and Malaysian social media culture

• Interested in KOL, influencer and creator marketing

• Basic CapCut, Canva or video editing skills are an advantage

• Comfortable communicating with creators and different personalities

• Comfortable appearing on camera when required

• Creative, proactive and willing to learn

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
