Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily trade and operational support for marine-related activities.
• Coordinate with vessel owners, ship agents, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, purchase/sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Follow up on vessel schedules, deliveries, orders, and shipment status.
• Handle customer and supplier enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate trade records and support the smooth execution of marine trading activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in marine, shipping, ship supply, or trading is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced marine trading environment.
