Job description

• To operate plant as per SOP and instructions given by Supervisor in charge with respect to plant start-up, normal operation, shutdown and product change over.
• To monitor quality as per requirement.
• To fill up the logsheet for the process parameters reading taken.
• To take samples and send to lab as per schedule.
• To ensure all quality / results and corrective actions are properly recorded in the logbook.
• To report to immediate superior regarding any changes in the operation condition as well as any problem arising.
• To ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant.
• To ensure proper implementation and compliance to ESM Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22716, GMP+B2, RSPO, Halal, Kosher, GMP and HACCP).

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or certificate graduates
• Experience in handling DCS will be added advantage
• Have experience working in oleochemical industry is preferred

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
