Salesforce Developer – Case Management Platform
Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions for a Case Management Platform. The role requires strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows
- Custom Objects
- Validation Rules
- Omnistudio components
- Action Plans
- Document Generation
- Configure Salesforce platform features, mainly Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions, with possible exposure to Experience Cloud
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, and UX Designers
- Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications into working solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects
- Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce environments and ensure platform stability
- Support deployments across development, SIT, UAT, staging, and production
- Follow GitLab version control and CI/CD deployment processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and operational playbooks
- Continuously improve performance, maintainability, and user experience based on Salesforce best practices
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development and administration experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- SOQL/SOSL
- LWC
- Salesforce Flows and automation tools
Strong understanding of:
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Salesforce data model
- Security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups
- Validation rules and automation
Experience with:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce integration patterns
- External system integrations
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Git/GitLab
- Understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Omnistudio or Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Experience integrating with MuleSoft
- Exposure to enterprise case management or digital transformation projects
- Experience with AI-related Salesforce features such as Agentforce
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator certification
