Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a visual identity and brand for the NUS School of Computing across digital and print platforms.
Conceptualise and design visual materials for communication and outreach, including social media graphics, videos, presentation decks, posters, reports, event banners, infographics, and website visuals.
Collaborate with research clusters, programme leads, and faculty. ambassadors to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Provide creative direction for flagship campaigns and media engagement initiatives.
Ensure alignment with NUS brand guidelines while developing the School’s unique design identity.
Liaise with vendors for the production of physical materials (e.g., brochures, banners, merchandise).
Support internal events, launches, and recruitment efforts with custom visuals and branding materials.
Provide photography and video editing support where required.
Maintain a library of branded templates and visual assets for consistent use across the School.
Participate in strategic communications planning and contribute with visual design for the development of campaigns.
Support the Communications team with any other design-related and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
A recognised diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a creative/design role.
