Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised Finance & Business Support Executive to manage finance coordination, office administration, HR, marketing support, and liaise with external service providers for our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate month-end closing activities with external bookkeepers and accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting
Review accounts and reconciliations for completeness and resolve outstanding financial matters promptly
Monitor invoicing and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely fee collection and cash flow management
Oversee general office administration and coordinate with external service providers to maintain smooth operations
Support HR administration
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and organizing client events to support business development
Provide basic Microsoft 365 and IT support, including maintaining organised digital records and troubleshooting user issues
Experience & Skills
3–5 years' relevant experience in accounts, finance administration or business support.
Practical bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with month-end processes.
Experience with accounts receivable and fee collection.
Experience coordinating with external bookkeepers and accountants.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
IT-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English is a must. Proficiency in an additional language will be highly regarded.

Remuneration:
