Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end program and project management activities for ServiceNow FSM initiatives and related transformational projects.
  • Establish and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and client requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, decision-making, and execution.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor financial, contractual, and operational commitments and ensure compliance with organizational and client governance standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving proactive mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Develop and communicate project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing project management best practices, controls, and lessons learned.


    • Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Program and Project Management within technology, digital transformation, or enterprise application environments.
  • Proven expertise in Program Project Management and successful delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) implementations, enhancements, or support programs.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


    • Preferred Qualifications


  • Certification or advanced knowledge in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles and methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in Scope Management, project estimation, planning, and forecasting.
  • Experience implementing effective Risk Management and issue resolution frameworks.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams and enterprise-scale transformation programs.
