Job Duties:

• Process monthly payroll, which include salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, allowances, leaves, taxes and various payroll deductions as well as maintain payroll records.
• Responsible to perform analytical reviews on payroll transaction to identify errors and adhere to payroll compliance guidelines
• Accurate completion of payroll processes and ensuring that all delivery timelines are complied. Day to day payroll related matter is carried out systematically & timely.
• Able to maintain and prepare Government Statutory Report, such as Income Tax, EPF, Socso and HRDF. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and to keep abreast of current legislation.
• Prepare all pay related reports and GL /Costing summary according to scheduled timelines
• Conduct checks to ensure that the employee information updates are well maintain in payroll system.

Qualification:

• Fresh graduates or with working experience in payroll processing
• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent or with 2 years and above working experience in the related fields.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot table, formulas)
• Conversant in local employment laws and related statutory regulations
• Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
