Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Design Engineer will lead the design and development of innovative precast concrete products in alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities include producing detailed technical designs using CAD, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing the execution of design projects to deliver high-quality results. The role also involves troubleshooting design and engineering challenges and contributing to continuous product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design, Structural, Geotechnical Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to create precise and innovative designs(Precast Concrete).
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software for creating technical drawings and designs.
• Prior experience in precast concrete or a related manufacturing field is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, such as Civil, or related disciplines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
