ALTRA Marketing is expanding across both
B2C and B2B markets
, and we're looking for confident, driven individuals who are ready to build their career in client engagement, marketing, and business development.
This isn't a role where you'll simply sit behind a desk.
You'll gain hands-on experience representing established brands, engaging customers, developing business opportunities, and working directly with clients and decision-makers.
What you'll be doing:
Confident and comfortable speaking to new people
Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally
Proactive, ambitious and results-driven
Strong in communication and relationship building
Able to learn and understand different brands and business solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous experience in
sales, marketing, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, events or other client-facing roles
will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in business development are also welcome to apply.

- Participate in structured training and mentorship
