Your Role

Prepare cocktails, wines, and beverages with skill and consistency

Engage with guests at the bar and tables, recommending drinks to suit their mood or meal

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

Support the FOH team in creating a seamless dining and drinking experience

Contribute ideas for seasonal or signature drinks to keep our menu exciting

Handle COGs

What We’re Looking For

Experience behind the bar (restaurants, hotels, or bars welcome)

Good knowledge of both cocktails and wines

A guest-focused attitude: personable, approachable, and engaging

A vibrant and positive personality that loves connecting with guests

Reliability, efficiency, and pride in presentation

Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant/bar
