Key Job Description:

• The candidate must possess a deep understanding of physiotherapy principles and practices, have strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, communication, interaction, and cognitive abilities. Utilize diagnostic and prognostic tests to evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and functional capacities.
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy intervention programs for patients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Foster collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and comfort. Maintain open communication with other team members, keeping them informed of patients' progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Offer compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families, providing emotional, practical, and psychological assistance to help them navigate the recovery process.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/ Physiotherapy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy in dealing with patients.
• Good health and fitness.
• Fluent in English, and BM to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
