Job Description :

The individual should be able to provide technical support, enhancement and development of high risk, business critical, in-house built and third-party applications. Individual will be part of a global program, working in an Agile methodology. Will have the opportunity to collaborate with other IT team and to directly interface with business partners and vendors.

2.Job Responsibilities :

This role combines technical expertise with business analysis, requiring a foundational understanding of development and a strong willingness to learn new skills.

3.Primary skill set :-

Design, develop, test, and implement new systems or upgrades.

Provide technical support and guidance for Terminal Automation Systems.

Enhance system reliability and performance by leveraging modern technologies.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge resources.

Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with business users and software vendors to resolve issues.

Adhere to best practices for change control when implementing solutions.

Engage with global team members and customers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Unix, Linux,

Windows server,

SQL Stored procedure,

HTML5/CSS/JS ,.NET C#

Experience and good knowledge of Unix/Linux or middleware environment

Business analyst experience

Developer experience

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Cloud Technologies Experience

Basic knowledge of network and firewall

Proven experience in E2E problem determination/troubleshooting application issues
