• Organise events, transport, vendor coordination, and photoshoots

• Track tasks, deadlines, documents, expenses, and databases

• Run our social media and create content that gets noticed

• Handle client admin — forms, scheduling, follow-ups, payments

• Support the Director with daily administrative and operational needs

You're a great fit if you:

• Digitally fluent, organised, and detail-oriented

• Hold a minimum Diploma in any discipline

• Passionate in events, content, and how a financial services business runs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools

• Prior admin/marketing experience a plus — attitude matters more

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is a bonus
